Our trip to Indonesia was probably one of the most epic travels we’ve done so far.
1. People
The people we met on our journey – wow. Heart-warming, welcoming and so kind humankinds who made us feel like home. Of course, there are always those who ruin others reputation but the main feeling was undoubtedly good. Don’t know why, but it seems like the ones that don’t have much have more if not measured in money but in other values like love, relationships and kindness.

3. Transportation
Mostly we (unfortunately) took a plane to move from place A to place B but we tried to support other ways of transportation, too. Great and not-so-great experiences like sleeping with cockroaches on PELNI-boat “cruise”, an 8-hour bus ride in Sulawesi, terrifying fish boat trip at the stormy sea between Banda Islands, night ferry to Gorontalo, and one-week long scooter ride in Flores. Good memories. Or… unforgettable.
